Job Purpose
As Director of Admissions & Marketing (DAM) – India, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership to our schools in India, ensuring they deliver against their student number and revenue growth objectives, and build the brand equity and reputation of the Oakridge and Nord Anglia brands.
You’ll bring your substantial commercial skills, sector knowledge and people skills to bear on our schools in India. In collaboration with the Managing Director – India, you’ll work directly with the schools’ Senior Leadership and MAC teams to build a strong pipeline of new students and facilitate high levels of annual re-enrolment. With a proven ability to digest and draw insights from data, you’ll be accountable for ensuring:
- A pipeline of high-quality enquiries
- A best-in-class, customer-orientated enrolment process
- Compelling and effective retention and re-enrolment practices
- And that schools are energised about MAC and understand their commercial responsibilities
In a learning organisation like ours, it’s a given that you’ll be an exceptional leader and developer of people. You’ll understand the importance of building diverse and inclusive teams in the schools, and champion the coaching and development of the commercial, creative, and customer-focused skills of your schools’ leaders.
As DAM – India you’ll also be a consummate ambassador for our brands and, working with your global and regional colleagues, play a pivotal role in influencing how Oakridge and Nord Anglia are perceived externally across our network of associated organisations, including agents, fee-paying companies and other partners.
