Job Overview:
The Head of International Curriculum oversees the planning, implementation, and management of international programs such as IB, Cambridge (CIE), or other global curricula. This leadership role involves ensuring that the curriculum meets international standards and aligns with the school’s vision, while supporting faculty and driving student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Leadership: Lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of international curricula. Ensure teaching strategies align with global standards and implement curriculum improvements.

Faculty Development: Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support for teachers. Facilitate professional development to enhance international curriculum delivery.

Student Achievement: Ensure effective assessment methods, support diverse learners, and monitor student outcomes to meet international benchmarks.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Education or a related field. Expertise in international curricula like IB or CIE.
- Experience: 5+ years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, curriculum planning, and communication skills, with proficiency in educational technology.
