Data Protection and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure all personal data related to admissions is handled in compliance with GDPR and the school’s data protection policies.
  • Manage and maintain secure and accurate records of student applications, visa documentation, and contracts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on admissions statistics, compliance, visa status, and inspection outcomes for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for families, agents, and external bodies for all compliance and visa-related enquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, Admissions, Finance, and Legal departments to maintain a seamless and legally compliant admissions process.
  • Provide guidance and support to families on the visa process, including pre-arrival advice and ensuring they meet ongoing compliance requirements during the student's enrolment.
