The Educational Technology & Data Systems Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective integration, management, and innovation of digital learning platforms and academic data systems across the school. This role bridges instructional technology and academic operations by supporting teachers and leaders in using digital tools to enhance teaching, learning, and decision-making, while also serving as the primary administrator of the school’s student information system to ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency. The coordinator collaborates closely with academic leadership, IT, and admissions to manage student records, reporting cycles, system integrations, and registrar functions; deliver training and guidance to staff; develop clear processes and documentation; and contribute to school-wide digital strategy and innovation. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach, with a clear focus on supporting student learning, instructional excellence, and responsible use of data and technology.

 

 

Position Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Educational Technology, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience supporting educational technology platforms and/or student information systems such as ISAMS in a school or similar setting.
  • Experience administering a student information system, with responsibility for data accuracy, security, reporting, and registrar functions.
  • Experience supporting teachers and academic leaders in the effective use of digital tools to enhance teaching, learning, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with academic leadership, IT, admissions, and other departments to manage systems, integrations, and workflows.
  • Experience developing clear processes, documentation, and training, and providing ongoing guidance to staff.
  • Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a clear focus on instructional excellence, responsible data use, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent command of the English language; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required to submit up-to-date criminal background checks from the country of origin and countries of residence over the past ten years.
