Required Skills/Abilities

•  BA in Education and/or Teacher Certification (required)

• PGCE or equivalent

• At least three years of experience as a primary school teacher (required)

• Expert or native-level English proficiency (required; a language screening will be conducted)

• Knowledge of modern pedagogical strategies, formative assessment, and group management
• Ability to integrate academic and socio-emotional development of students

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Elementary Homeroom Teacher is responsible for achieving teaching and learning objectives across all subjects taught in English: Language Arts, Science, Art, and Social Studies.
• Plan and develop engaging and meaningful lessons and projects for primary school students.
• Manage the classroom by fostering positive discipline, active participation, and collaboration.
• Guide students in project-based learning
• Assess the academic and socio-emotional development of students.
• Prepare instructional materials and pedagogical resources.
