Required Skills/Abilities

Atendimento bilíngue presencial, telefônico e por e-mail a pais, alunos e visitantes.

Controle de entrada e saída de alunos, visitantes e pais, garantindo segurança e comunicação eficaz com professores e portaria.

Atualização de frequência e registros escolares em sistemas (Sales Force, iSAMS, CHQ).

Apoio administrativo à equipe pedagógica: controle de sumários, timetables e materiais didáticos.

Organização e acompanhamento das rotinas de transporte escolar (listas, comunicação com empresas e pais).

Gestão de correspondências, materiais de escritório e suprimentos de impressão.

Administração do “Lost & Found” e documentos a serem retirados.

Suporte geral à direção, Heads e demais áreas da escola.

Organização de reuniões, doações e apoio a eventos escolares.
