Job Description
-
Provide bilingual (English/Portuguese) assistance in person, by phone, and via email to parents, students, and visitors.

Monitor and manage the entry and exit of students, parents, and visitors, ensuring safety and clear communication with teachers and security staff.

Update student attendance and school records in systems such as Salesforce, iSAMS, and CHQ.

Provide administrative support to the academic team, including managing teachers’ summaries, timetables, and teaching materials.

Coordinate and oversee school transportation routines, maintaining and updating bus lists and liaising with transportation companies and parents.

Manage mail, office supplies, and printer materials (toners and cartridges).

Organize and maintain the Lost & Found and documents pending parent collection.

Offer general support to the School Heads, Leadership Team, and other departments.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, donations, and school events.
Required Skills/Abilities

Advanced English and Portuguese communication (written and verbal).

Experience with administrative systems (Salesforce, iSAMS, Microsoft Office).
