Job Description

  • Provide technical support to staff and internal users;
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and devices;
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls;
  • Monitor networks, systems, and IT infrastructure;
  • Support the implementation of information security policies;
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues;
  • Support educational and administrative platforms used by the school;
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset control;
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers;
  • Prepare technical documentation and internal procedures;
  • Participate in technology improvement and innovation projects.

Experience

  • Previous experience in IT support and infrastructure;
  • Experience supporting users in a corporate environment;
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking is considered a plus.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in: Information Technology; Computer Science; Information Systems; Computer Networks or Related fields;
  • Advanced English;
  • Windows and/or macOS operating systems;
  • Microsoft 365 and corporate tools;
  • TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting;
  • Active Directory and user management;
  • Hardware support and basic maintenance;
  • Information security and backup concepts;
  • Remote support tools;
  • Basic server and infrastructure knowledge.
