Job Description
- Provide technical support to staff and internal users;
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and devices;
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls;
- Monitor networks, systems, and IT infrastructure;
- Support the implementation of information security policies;
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues;
- Support educational and administrative platforms used by the school;
- Maintain IT inventory and asset control;
- Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers;
- Prepare technical documentation and internal procedures;
- Participate in technology improvement and innovation projects.
Experience
- Previous experience in IT support and infrastructure;
- Experience supporting users in a corporate environment;
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking is considered a plus.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in: Information Technology; Computer Science; Information Systems; Computer Networks or Related fields;
- Advanced English;
- Windows and/or macOS operating systems;
- Microsoft 365 and corporate tools;
- TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting;
- Active Directory and user management;
- Hardware support and basic maintenance;
- Information security and backup concepts;
- Remote support tools;
- Basic server and infrastructure knowledge.
