Responsabilidades

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em instalações elétricas, hidráulicas, mecânicas e de alvenaria;

  • Executar pequenos reparos em mobiliários, portas, fechaduras, luminárias, tomadas, torneiras, entre outros;

  • Apoiar na manutenção de sistemas de ar-condicionado, ventilação e refrigeração, sempre que necessário;

  • Acompanhar serviços de empresas terceirizadas, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança e qualidade da escola;

  • Monitorar o funcionamento de bombas, quadros elétricos, reservatórios e sistemas de emergência (geradores, extintores, alarmes, etc.);

  • Apoiar em montagens e desmontagens de eventos e atividades escolares;

  • Controlar o uso e a reposição de ferramentas, materiais e equipamentos de manutenção;

  • Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente durante a execução das tarefas;

  • Reportar ao Coordenador de Operações eventuais necessidades de reparo, compra de materiais e melhorias nas instalações.

Job Description

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and building systems;

  • Carry out minor repairs on furniture, doors, locks, lighting fixtures, outlets, faucets, and other items as needed;

  • Support the maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems when necessary;

  • Supervise third-party service providers to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with school standards;

  • Monitor the operation of pumps, electrical panels, water tanks, and emergency systems (generators, fire extinguishers, alarms, etc.);

  • Assist with setup and dismantling of school events and activities;

  • Manage the use and replenishment of tools, materials, and maintenance supplies;

  • Follow and promote health, safety, and environmental best practices during all maintenance activities;

  • Report to the Operations Coordinator regarding repair needs, material requests, and improvement opportunities within the facilities.
