Admissions Officer
The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an Admissions Officer to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful school.

About the Role
As Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families. You'll play a key role in guiding them through the admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrolment and onboarding. Your goal will be to provide a warm, professional and personalised experience for every family, ensuring each interaction reflects our school’s values and high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries from prospective parents within 24 hours.

Coordinate all aspects of school visits and trial days.

Guide families through the application and enrolment process.

Prepare offer letters and manage acceptances, forms, payments, and onboarding.

Maintain accurate records and manage admissions data and reports.

Ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new students and families.

Communicate proactively with relocation agencies and prospective families.

Meet key performance indicators for enquiry response, visits, and conversions.

Selection Process
