About the Role
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operational functioning of the school, supporting the delivery of key services across all areas of operations. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive operational management and support, ensuring high standards of efficiency, compliance, health and safety, facilities management, and service delivery across the school.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day running of the school. Reporting closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the role oversees key operational areas including health and safety compliance, facilities management, contractor and vendor management, transportation services, event coordination, and operational budgeting. The successful candidate will lead and support operational teams, manage third-party service providers, and ensure compliance with ADEK, HAAD, and NAE standards.
This role requires a proactive and highly organised professional with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery, safeguarding, and operational excellence across the school community.
