About Our School
Nord Anglia International School Al Khor (NAISAK) is a highly successful, growing school with a committed and inspirational team of teaching professionals at its heart. Our close-knit, supportive team is proud to be at the centre of the local community, educating over 1200 young people aged 3-18. Secondary is 4-form entry at Key Stages 3 & 4, with approximately 480 students aged 11-18.
Our school resides in the town of Al Khor, 35 minutes north of Doha (the capital of Qatar). We educate both local and expat students through a bespoke Secondary curriculum which draws on both the English National curriculum and the Qatar Ministry of Education curriculum.
The school is focused on supporting students towards enhanced English language acquisition, excellent academic outcomes and outstanding learning experiences through STEAM, Performing Arts, extra-curricular activities, residential trips, and international awards for wider achievement.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented iSAMS Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our iSAMS platform and ensuring data accuracy across the institution.
You will work closely with academic and administrative staff to provide reliable data management and insights that support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the iSAMS platform, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using iSAMS and other tools.
- Train and support staff in the effective use of the iSAMS platform and associated systems.
- Compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to implement new system features and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the iSAMS system.
- Provide data and analytical support to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Managing and configuring iSAMS or similar school management systems.
- IT and database management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Desirable:
- Experience working within the education sector.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Previous experience in staff training and support.
