Role: Information Technology Officer

 

Location: Amman, Jordan

 

Job Overview:

IT officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them. and installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.

 

Main Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, IT or any related field.

· Maximum one-year Relevant Work Experience.

· CCNA certificate is plus.

 

 

Key Qualities & skills:

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.

· Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel and classrooms.

· Understand how cameras work (CCTV) and download videos.
