HR Manager (maternity replacement)

80% – October 2026 to April 2027

 

As part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, you would have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customized support to employees and managers alike in any aspects relating to the employee life cycle
  • Manage the complete employee life cycle from an administrative viewpoint (contracts, work permit requests, insurances, certificates, HR databases etc)
  • Provide payroll related instructions to the Payroll Specialist
  • Maintain up-to-date the internal policies, procedures and documentation related to the employees
  • Manage all recruitments and support colleagues in any employee relations issues
  • Establish and process monthly reporting and compliance to group
  • Support the performance review cycle process

 

And we are looking for the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources and/or Swiss certification in personnel management (“Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines”, an asset)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR with strong knowledge of Swiss labour law, regulations and social insurance legislation and practice
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Pro-active and self-driven person
  • Rigorous, autonomous, discrete and exercises respect and strong professionalism towards confidential information
  • Affinity with and interest in education
  • Clean criminal records and valid work permit
