• Lead and coach the Admissions team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service
• Design and implement admissions strategies that align with our school’s mission
• Build strong relationships with families, agents, and internal stakeholders
• Use data to drive decisions, improve conversion, and report on performance
• Champion a culture where admissions is everyone’s responsibility
