Job Purpose

This full-time role plays a crucial part in supporting our institution's student admissions process. As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application journey and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

About the Role

  • Actively engage with and respond to inquiries from prospective students, both in-person and via various communication channels
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, providing detailed information on entry requirements, application deadlines, and necessary documentation
  • Evaluate submitted applications, ensuring all required materials are complete and meet admission criteria
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the admissions process
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of admissions events and open days
  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for all applicants
  • Collaborate with the wider administrative team to streamline and improve admissions procedures

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment
  • Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting with diverse nationalities and cultures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good in both written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A friendly and energetic individual that can thrive in a collaborative team environment 
  • Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the success of prospective students
  • Experience working with ISAMs is preferrable
