Job Purpose:
The Whole School Head of Library is responsible for leading and managing the library program across all school divisions (Early Years, Primary, and Secondary). This role supports literacy, research skills, and a love of reading throughout the school, aligning with curricular goals and school values. The role includes managing library staff, resources, and spaces to ensure a vibrant, inclusive, and future-ready learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience:

A degree in Library and Information Science or a related field.

Teaching qualification and/or experience in a school environment is highly desirable.

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a library setting, ideally in a school.

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Knowledge about child safeguarding & safeguarding policy and procedures.
