Lead Qualification Specialist

Job Purpose

The Lead Qualification Specialist (LQS) is the first point of contact for prospective families, responsible for qualifying leads, understanding parent requirements, and promoting the school’s offerings to encourage school visits and admissions.

Reporting To

Head of Admissions

Key Relationships

  • Admissions & Marketing Team
  • Academic & Administrative Staff
  • Regional Admissions & CRM Manager
  • Parents & Students

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads within 3 working hours.
  • Understand family requirements and assess suitability.
  • Share accurate information on curriculum, fees, and school facilities.
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
  • Follow up with prospective families as per guidelines.
  • Support admissions conversion and lead quality improvement initiatives.
