Job Description

Providing targeted support for students as outlined in their Graduated Approach Student Plans (GASP)
Supporting delivery of inclusive classroom strategies and small-group interventions
Promoting student independence, emotional regulation, and wellbeing
Adapting learning resources and approaches to individual needs
Collaborating with teachers to plan, reflect, and assess student progress
Supporting sensory, behavioral and social interventions
Assisting with administrative duties within the Inclusion team
Supporting the supervision of children during breaks and playtimes
Running at least one after-school co-curricular activity per year

Required Skills/Abilities

Experience of the National Curriculum for England including inclusive practices
Advanced level of English
Experience working with children with diverse learning and behavioral needs
Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is an advantage
Empathetic, patient, and dedicated personality with a genuine desire to help
Openness to learning and adapting to the school's methodology and philosophy
Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills
All positions of employment are dependent on the fulfilment of Hungarian employment law requirements. EU citizenship or a transferable work permit for Hungary is a requirement.
