About you
Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, you will possess a university degree, a recognised teaching qualification, and considerable teaching and leadership experience. Committed and creative, you will be reflective on your own teaching and student outcomes, seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative methods to raise the school’s level of achievement. You will have a proven track record of building high-functioning teams and will have the ability to inspire and motivate others. You will be an effective communicator, not only with your colleagues, but also with students and parents, and will be comfortable working both in a strategic long-term way, but also in a fast-paced day-to-day environment.
Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. About the role
We are looking for an experienced, inspirational leader and highly skilled classroom practitioner to join a strong Secondary Leadership team and to lead on all aspects of Student Support and Wellbeing across the secondary school. The successful candidate should be able to quickly adapt to the school’s culture and approaches to pastoral care, and to be able to work effectively, not only as part of the Secondary Leadership team, but also with their Primary School counterpart.
Brief Scope Of Role (see Job Description for more detail) – AHT (Well-Being and Purpose):

· Oversight of pastoral/PSHE curriculum Years 7-13
· Behaviour for learning
