We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Qualification Specialist (LQS) to play a pivotal role in supporting our admissions team in growing student enrolments and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal personality traits for this role are approachable and personable, highly-organised with attention to detail, goal-oriented and self-motivated, and discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.

 

About the Role

 

As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing personalized and timely communication to nurture their interest in our school. By employing excellent interpersonal skills and leveraging data-driven insights, you will ensure high-quality lead conversion while embodying the Nord Anglia promise: Experience More, Achieve More.

 

About you

 

Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, you will possess a university degree. Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise to build strong relationships with school support staff. You will also be able to meet visa-related restrictions for Qatar, including candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree. To be fluent in English (verbal and written).

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a personable, driven individual with a passion for customer service and education. Key qualifications include:

 

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or admissions, ideally in the education sector. Candidate should have a deep understanding of the school's curriculum, extracurricular activities, admissions processes, and unique features. Also, candidate will have awareness of competitors, familiarity of general family expectations, and understanding of the required documentation, deadlines, and policies associated with the admissions process.
  • Language: Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Core Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Sales and Persuasion, Data Handling, Analytical Skills, and Cultivating Relationships.
  • Key Attributes: Customer-Centric Mindset, Resilience, Patience, Time Management, and Problem-Solving.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, iSAMS) and digital communication tools.
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to working in a multicultural setting and understanding the needs of international families.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
