NAS Dubai is a purpose built ‘flagship school’ generously resourced with a whole school enrolment of over 3040. This equates to 1690 in the primary school and 1350 in the secondary school. Our curriculum is based upon the legacy of the English National Curriculum adapted to the local environment leading up to GCSE at KS4 and on to the IB Diploma programme and A Levels at KS5. Our GCSE results consistently significantly surpass the world average, with 41% of students achieving A**-*, 9-8 over the last three years (World Average 27.6%). IBDP results are equally as impressive with an average of 20% obtaining over 40+ points over the last three years (IBDP global average 30) and 30% of our attaining A*-A in A Levels.

About the role

 

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process withing NAS Dubai, work closely with other departments to promote the school's values and offerings, and to meet enrolment targets.  You will also involve in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, leading the admissions team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective families.

 

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Use data and insights to ensure that the Admissions plan is developed to drive enrolment and retention performance across the school.
  • Manage and oversee all parts of the prospective parent pipeline, ensuring a world-class admissions experience for all families, in line with the NAE Family Experience.
  • Lead a team to ensure that the admissions and application experience is as efficient and professional as possible.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the academic teams and all support functions to ensure that admissions processes, accounting and ways of working are in line with the school and NAE guidelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy and robust reporting across the team, collaborating with the DAM and the wider Marketing and Communications team to effectively utilise data within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance and best practice in admissions policy management.

 

About You

 

  • You will have a customer-focused approach to ensure that families feel valued and supported throughout the admissions process.
  • You will possess strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You will be very detail-oriented, ensuring that all applications, interviews, and communications are processed smoothly.
  • You will be familiar with admissions and CRM systems for efficient application management.
  • You will have a thorough understanding of school admissions processes and the factors that influence parent and student decisions.
  • You will have strong knowledge of local and international educational trends, as well as understanding of the school's unique curriculum offerings.
  • You’ll possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and coach a team to achieve business objectives will be part of your repertoire
  • You’ll be a natural communicator, adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels, both inside and outside our organisation
  • You’ll be able to prove you love data, with experience of capturing and analysing it, and using it to come up with actionable insights

Selection Process

 

The closing date for application is 7th December 2024.  Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews that will take place in December at the Nord Anglia International School Dubai.

 

This is a full-time position, starting from 1st April 2025.  Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
