Nord Anglia International School Dubai
NAS Dubai is a purpose built ‘flagship school’ generously resourced with a whole school enrolment of over 3040. This equates to 1690 in the primary school and 1350 in the secondary school. Our curriculum is based upon the legacy of the English National Curriculum adapted to the local environment leading up to GCSE at KS4 and on to the IB Diploma programme and A Levels at KS5. Our GCSE results consistently significantly surpass the world average, with 41% of students achieving A**-*, 9-8 over the last three years (World Average 27.6%). IBDP results are equally as impressive with an average of 20% obtaining over 40+ points over the last three years (IBDP global average 30) and 30% of our attaining A*-A in A Levels.

About the role
- Respond and manage enquiries in a friendly and timely manner – telephone / email / walk ins
- Keeping accurate records of the students/parent admissions journey in CRM and ISAMS
- Manage the appointment diary with the Admissions Department
- Support the wider Admissions Team with ad hoc duties as and when required
- Represent the school in a professional, confident and friendly way at all times
- Tour prospective families on virtual, individual and group tours of the Primary and Secondary schools (as required)
- Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Primary and Secondary school curriculum and school day to appropriately respond to parent enquiries
- Liaise regularly with academic staff to review their requirements from the Admissions Department
- Assist families with applications
- Deal professionally and sensitively with prospective parents and provide families with feedback
- Meet with the Inclusion Department to review SEND applicants
- Assist Director of Admissions in promoting the school to meet recruitment targets for each phase of the school
- Report on KPI data to Director of Admissions and MIS Admissions Officer when necessary
- Be supportive, personable and friendly in all school environments
- Co-ordinate and arrange Admissions Assessments in liaison with the Head of Admissions and Admissions department staff.
- Review and evaluate assessment results with the Director of Admissions
About You
- Educated to degree level preferred or its equivalent
- Detailed Knowledge of the relevant aspects of the National Curriculum for England, UK and IBDP
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- Excellent communication, numeracy and interpersonal skills
- Cultural and situational ‘localisation’ awareness to be able to deal appropriately with different clients
- Motivation, curiosity and intellect to glean and understand key information about the Company’s activity and commercial intentions
- Computer Literacy: an effective user of ICT, in particular Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel; skilled in CRM and ISAMS
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Understanding of assessment and how to interpret and use the data
- Tactful and diplomatic when conveying information
- An open and approachable style
- Able to prioritise tasks and use time effectively
