About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to provide efficient administrative, organisational, and logistical support to our Regional Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and ensure the smooth running of our Dubai office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Regional SLT’s diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Support with visa, work permit, and other legal documentation applications.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Dubai office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and general facilities.
  • Organise and support office events and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners.

 

About You

  • Proven experience in administration, executive assistant, PA, or office management roles in a busy environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach with a strong team spirit.
