NAS Dubai is a purpose built ‘flagship school’ generously resourced with a whole school enrolment of over 3040. This equates to 1690 in the primary school and 1350 in the secondary school. Our curriculum is based upon the legacy of the English National Curriculum adapted to the local environment leading up to GCSE at KS4 and on to the IB Diploma programme and A Levels at KS5. About the role
To ensure that the school’s operation provide a service level in keeping with a Premium International School, and is run efficiently, cost effectively and is legally compliant.
To work within the school to create and cost out all campus management related project / budget plans through liaison with the school’s leadership and external project management / vendors teams to ensure all projects / contracts and services are completed to a high standard and keeping on brand.
Key deliverable is to ensure the delivery of buildings maintenance and services to ensure a high functioning school as well as the delivery and management of key projects and associated budget and to the agreed quality. The role goes beyond operations – it requires the Operations Manager (OM) to provide strong strategic leadership vision and to provide excellent stakeholder management with the key stakeholders, including partners, contractors and internal counterparts across functions.
Support driving Health and Safety across the school, working closely with The Regional Operations Director and our NAE Global HS Lead to ensure the school is fully complaint and following all NAE standards.
Working with the schools to review large scale procurement projects alongside the Regional Operations Director and our central teams as required.
To be an active contributor to the strategic direction and operation of the region, alongside our operations and facilities departments.
About You
- A bachelor’s degree is desirable and must have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good analysis and report writing skills
- Effective understanding of good practice in relation to project management
- Experience of contributing to and managing all IT platforms and initiatives
- Strong leadership skills and experience in working with multinational teams
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
- Willingness to travel is Essential
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
- Native-level English speaking and writing
- Creative and technical thinking ability
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to different tasks at hand

Selection Process

This is a full-time position, starting from March 2025. Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
