Regional Infrastructure Manager

Location: Dubai – Middle East Regional Office

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Regional Infrastructure Manager to join Nord Anglia Education, in the Middle East Regional IT team based in our Dubai office.

We are looking for someone to lead IT Infrastructure and Security across our Middle East region, supporting nine premium international schools.

The role:

We seek an individual to join as Regional Infrastructure Manager, where your focus will be:

• Leading infrastructure delivery and centralised IT services across regional schools.

• Overseeing cybersecurity frameworks, incident management and operational excellence.

• Managing vendor contracts, performance, and service levels.

• Driving innovation through AI, automation, and scalable cloud solutions.

• Collaborating with school-based IT leaders and the global IT team to ensure alignment with Nord Anglia’s global standards.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• A degree in Computer Science or related field, plus professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCNA, ITIL).

• Minimum five years’ experience in infrastructure or service management and two years’ project management experience.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity systems.

• Proven leadership across multi-site environments, with experience in ITIL and ISO27001 frameworks.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
