Our Middle East regional team, based in Dubai, is now seeking a detail-driven Senior HR Analyst to join us. 

 

The Role 


This is a new specialist role working closely with the Regional HR Director. Your focus will be on providing data-driven insights and ensuring the accuracy of HR metrics to inform regional decision-making. You will be the go-to person for HR analytics, budgeting, and reporting, helping to shape reward and workforce strategies across the Middle East. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Own HR data reporting for the region, ensuring accuracy and consistency across schools.
  • Build dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, and workforce planning.
  • Support annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits analysis.
  • Partner with Finance to provide HR budget tracking, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and drive process improvements in reporting.
  • Provide insights to senior stakeholders to guide strategic workforce and reward decisions.
  • Contribute to regional HR projects with a strong analytics and metrics focus. 

What We’re Looking For 

 

  • Strong background in HR analytics, data, or reward — ideally within international or multi-site organisations.
  • Advanced Excel/HRIS skills; experience with data visualisation tools a plus.
  • Financial acumen and experience supporting HR/Finance with budgets or workforce costs.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR practice
