Nord Anglia International School, Dublin is looking to recruit a Teacher with Secondary Maths Teaching experience, to drive excellent teaching and learning in the subject of Mathematics.

 

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Mathematics Teacher to join our Early Years / Primary / Secondary team. The Role

We seek a qualified Teacher of Mathematics to join as an MYP Mathematics Teacher where your focus will be:

  • To drive excellent teaching and learning by delivering engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons to MYP students, fostering critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and real-world application of mathematical concepts.

  • Engaging and interacting as the school ambassador to the community through participation in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and community outreach programs that promote mathematical literacy and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to create interdisciplinary units of inquiry, integrating Mathematics into broader educational contexts.

  • Utilizing a range of assessment tools to track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support differentiated learning.

  • Incorporating technology and innovative resources into Mathematics lessons to enhance student engagement and understanding.

 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • A recognized teaching qualification and experience teaching Mathematics at MYP and DP levels.

  • A deep understanding of the IB curriculum and philosophy, with a passion for Mathematics education.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

  • Experience in developing and delivering creative, student-centred learning experiences that align with IB goals and standards.
