ABOUT THE ROLE: Finance Manager
REPORT TO: Principal, Regional Finance Operation Director
DIRECT REPORTS: Other Finance staff
KEY RESULT AREA
Functional Expertise
· Ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting and the compliance of relevant rules and regulations under local and group requirements
· Managing tax compliance and returns (Company, VAT etc)
· Work closely and support the management to provide qualitative inputs on strategic planning and execution
· Perform the duty of a company secretary
Operational Expertise
· Lead the team to ensure that all functions are efficiently performed
· Build a strong relationship with other parties, internal and external
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS – Skills, Knowledge and Experience
· Degree in accounting
· Over 10 years relevant experience in finance and accounting, at least 5 years in supervisor role;
· Good skill of excel and working knowledge of finance system, SAP or ERP
· Excellent communication and high level of English both written and oral is an essential requirement
· Hardworking, quick learning with good time management capability

· Hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure or equivalent for countries lived in outside of the UK.
· A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils. And the willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required
