Job Summary

The Admissions Officer is responsible for managing the complete student admissions journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families. The role focuses on parent counselling, enquiry management, lead conversion, admissions administration, and building strong relationships with parents while supporting the school's enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities

Admission Counselling & Lead Management

  • Handle admission enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, website, and social media.
  • Counsel prospective parents on the school's curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
  • Conduct personalised campus tours and provide an exceptional visitor experience.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families and maintain regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

Admissions Process

  • Guide parents through the application and enrolment process.
  • Coordinate student assessments, interviews, and documentation.
  • Verify application documents and ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
  • Maintain accurate admission records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and admission procedures.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the admissions journey.
  • Address parent queries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure every prospective family experiences Oakridge's commitment to excellence.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Support admission campaigns, school events, Open Houses, education fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate and nurture quality leads.
  • Represent the school professionally during promotional events.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain enquiry and admission reports.
  • Track lead conversions and admission pipeline.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM and student information systems.
