Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated educator to teach Mathematics as part of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The ideal candidate will inspire and guide students through a rigorous academic journey, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and an appreciation for Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Mathematics (Analysis & Approaches and/or Applications & Interpretations) for IBDP students.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies that engage and challenge students.
- Design and implement lesson plans that align with the IB curriculum framework.

Assessment and Evaluation:
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, ensuring familiarity with the IBDP assessment criteria.
- Provide regular feedback on assignments, projects, and formative assessments.
- Support students in completing Internal Assessments (IAs) in Mathematics.

Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, review, and refine the Mathematics curriculum.
- Ensure lessons align with the school’s educational philosophy and IB standards.

Pastoral and Academic Support:
- Monitor and support the emotional and academic development of students.
- Provide one-on-one support and mentorship as required.
- Promote a growth mindset and foster resilience in students.

Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the IB programme and Mathematics education.
- Attend IB workshops and training as required.

Collaboration and Contribution:
- Participate actively in school activities, events, and committees.
- Work closely with parents, students, and faculty to create a supportive learning environment.
