Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated DP (Diploma Programme) Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering an environment of intellectual curiosity, academic rigor, and personal growth for students in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. As a DP Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, providing support for students' learning, and preparing them for successful completion of the DP Mathematics curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in DP Mathematics, including topics in Analysis & Approaches and Applications & Interpretation.
- Develop engaging and challenging teaching materials that cater to a range of learning styles.
- Adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet the needs of all students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure that students are well-prepared for both internal assessments and the final IB examinations.

Assessment and Feedback:
- Conduct regular formative assessments, providing students with constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Grade and provide feedback on assignments, tests, and projects in a timely manner.
- Support students in developing strong examination techniques, time management skills, and self-directed learning habits.

Student Support:
- Offer one-on-one support to students who need extra help, guiding them through concepts, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Act as a mentor or advisor for students, providing academic guidance and support.
- Help students develop their problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills through inquiry-based learning.

Collaboration and Professional Development:
- Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices, improve teaching methods, and ensure curriculum consistency.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest pedagogical trends and developments in the DP Mathematics curriculum.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including grades, attendance, and academic progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure that all teaching materials and resources comply with IB standards and guidelines.
