MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship lasts 4 months, starting 2nd March 2026. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee support in a bilingual (French/English) environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including work permits processing and verifying employee documents.
  • Maintain, organise, and update HR records, both physical and digital (e.g., personal data, academic qualifications, filing, and archiving).
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the recruitment process, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Update and maintain HR data in SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Welcome, assist, and provide orientation to employees in both French and English.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth organisation and accurate documentation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources or a related field; prior HR experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable with IT tools, particularly Excel, and able to efficiently handle HR systems and administrative platforms.
  • Motivated to gain practical HR experience and contribute to a small, dynamic team.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges.
