We are seeking a Human Resources Director with a solid track record as a Human Resources Leader in both international and SME environments in Switzerland.

Reporting to the Director General and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Human Resources Director is responsible for setting up and rolling out a clear HR roadmap aligned with both Global HR processes and Collège du Léman’s strategic plan. The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence.

The Human Resources Director is key to embodying and promoting the school’s values and culture. He/She oversees HR Programs and main processes (Talent Management, Budget preparation and review, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Time Management...), supports the management team on all HR related questions and promotes organisational effectiveness and agility.

Employee relations and communication skills, the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Swiss Labor environment and law will be key, as will empathy and emotional intelligence. The HR director will have significant leadership experience within a complex environment and the ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organisation as well as with external stakeholders.

This role calls for a senior HR leader able to guide decision‑making, support leadership with well‑grounded advice, provide clear leadership to the HR team, and ensure that people practices are effective, coherent and consistently implemented in day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

This is a full‑time position, effective from December 2026 at the latest.
