The role 

Join our friendly and professional team at BIS Hanoi! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for students, families, and prospective parents, helping them navigate school processes with ease. From supporting students with inquiries and uniform purchases to coordinating tours and assessments for new families, your efforts will make a real difference in creating a welcoming and efficient school environment. You’ll also assist in the daily arrival and departure of our youngest learners and play a key role in maintaining accurate school records.
