About the role
We would love to welcome the right person to BIS Hanoi, to lead our marketing, admissions and communications function and meet challenging commercial targets. To be successful in this role you will have:
- The enthusiasm to be at the heart of the project right from the start, and boundless energy to see it through to success
- Working with senior colleagues, the ability to plan and execute the strategic marketing, admissions and communications direction for the school and achieve challenging KPIs
- Outstanding sales skills, including a natural story-teller’s ability to bring the school to life for parents and other stakeholders before the buildings have even been completed
- A creative eye and untamed imagination to build the school’s reputation and attract families with memorable messaging, media and events
- A talent for collaborating with both teachers and non-teaching staff alike, to align their goals with your own and drive performance
- A leadership style that embraces inclusion, imparts confidence and inspires success
