Head of Early Years
The British Vietnamese International School (BVIS) Hanoi, part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Early Years to lead our successful and growing Early Years Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced UK-trained Early Years specialist to take the next step in their leadership career within a dynamic international school environment.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery and development of high-quality provision aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working closely with the Primary Leadership Team, you will ensure excellent teaching, learning, and pastoral care across Early Years while supporting and developing a strong team of educators.
The Role
You will:
- Lead and develop EYFS provision across the Early Years Centre
- Support and coach teachers to ensure consistently excellent teaching
- Lead assessment and monitoring of pupil progress in EYFS
- Work closely with the Primary Leadership Team to maintain high standards
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community

About You
We are looking for a collaborative and experienced Early Years professional who will thrive in an international setting.
Applicants must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A relevant degree
- At least six years of teaching experience
- Strong experience within EYFS leadership or coordination
