The Role:
We are seeking to appoint a Key Stage One Teacher who is an enthusiastic, reflective practitioner and who places children at the heart of their practice. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, fostering positive relationships, and supporting the holistic development of every child.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching that enables all students to make strong progress in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Know your students well, using assessment and observation to personalise learning and support next steps
- Create a positive classroom culture rooted in respect, care, and high expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants to support learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
- Integrate learning technologies purposefully to enhance teaching and learning
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school through events, enrichment, and professional collaboration
- Promote student wellbeing and safeguard children at all times in line with school policies and procedures

About you:
You will be an adaptable, reflective professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment. You will hold:
- A university degree and a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or equivalent)
- A minimum of three years’ teaching experience, ideally in Key Stage 1
- A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum and effective early primary pedagogy
You will be:
- Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice
- A strong communicator, able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborative, proactive, and willing to contribute to the wider school community
- Able to meet visa-related requirements for working in Vietnam
