We are seeking an outstanding and experienced Content Creator to join our passionate Marketing and Admissions team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Content Creator will create engaging content that showcases the unique identity, values, and educational excellence of BIS HCMC. Through compelling storytelling across a range of platforms, you will enhance the parent experience and strengthen the school's reputation within the community.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Create high-quality written, visual, and video content that showcases the school's stories, achievements, and community.
- Lead content creation across social media, website, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Use video to bring the school experience to life for prospective and current families.
- Support enrolment and marketing campaigns with content that drives engagement and enquiry.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, and Admissions team to support partnership, referral, and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the school's brand, values, and Nord Anglia guidelines.
- Manage content plans and maintain a consistent flow of communications throughout the year.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and results.
- Identify and share stories that highlight student success, academic excellence, and school life.
- Build strong relationships across the school community to source authentic content.

BIS HCMC offers a bespoke blend of British and International curricula, whilst balancing academic success and holistic development, therefore, unlocking a whole world of possibilities for our students. Our primary students follow the English National Curriculum blended with the thematic and interactive International Primary Curriculum and achieve outstanding outcomes. In Secondary our students continue with the English National Curriculum at Key Stage 3 in preparation for their IGCSEs and later, the rigorous IBDP. Our 20th graduating cohort, and our largest to date with over 120 students taking the full diploma, achieved an average score of 36.7 points, significantly higher than the global average of 30.9 points with 28 % of our students achieving 40 points or more and 2 students achieving a perfect score of 45. At IGCSE our students are equally successful. Our 2025 cohort of 153 students achieved 66% of grades at A*/A with 35 students achieving A*/A grades across all their subjects.
