We are now seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as:

Director of Admissions and Marketing (DAM)

This is more than a marketing and admissions leadership role.

It is an opportunity to shape the future growth, reputation, and family experience of one of Asia’s most respected international schools. 

The Role

As Director of Admissions & Marketing, you will lead the school’s enrolment, admissions, marketing, communications, and community engagement strategy. You will oversee every stage of the family journey — from first impression to lifelong advocacy — ensuring every interaction reflects the excellence, warmth, and ambition that define BIS HCMC.

Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will:

• Drive sustainable enrolment growth through innovative, data-informed strategy
• Elevate the BIS HCMC brand locally, regionally, and internationally
• Lead and inspire a high-performing Marketing, Admissions & Communications team
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience for every family
• Build strong relationships across the school community and external networks
• Use insight, creativity, and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
• Champion collaboration, innovation, and service excellence across the organisation

This role requires a leader who combines commercial acumen with emotional intelligence - someone equally comfortable shaping strategy, leading people, building relationships, and delivering results.

• A collaborative, inclusive, and people-centred leadership style
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
