In the role of Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Regional HR Strategy and supporting all schools in the region.

The Role

As Regional HR Director your focus will be:

  • Supporting the Regional Managing Director and the CHRO in translating the business strategy into an HR strategy that supports the achievement of both HR and operational goals of the organisation – translating this into a regional and local context
  • Acting as a business partner on people-related matters, working closely with the Regional Managing Director and Regional Directors to deliver on key objectives.
  • The role will advise and lead on HR execution and strategic matters within the region
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with, and support key stakeholders, such as the Regional Managing Director, the CHRO and the Principals

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • HR Professional Qualification
  • Degree or Masters level qualification in business/HR
  • Knowledge of law in multiple jurisdictions in the region
  • Experience of managing and working with senior stakeholders
  • Business focussed HR Director who can evidence strong commercial impact and understanding of the education sector
  • Knowledge and experience of implementation of best HR practices
  • Relevant work experience in Education Industry preferably K-12
  • Experience of HR Governance and compliance
  • Worked in complex matrix organization structure
