Job Purpose

As an member of the Regional Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team, you’ll contribute to the development, execution and tracking of integrated marketing strategies designed to enhance the brand presence of Nord Anglia Education and its individual schools across digital and traditional platforms. An intelligent and organised marketer, you’ll support your colleagues with consistent and impactful creative and messaging across all media, to deliver measurable, multi-channel campaign results in both lead generation and brand awareness. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a high performance culture across the region’s marketing activities

Job Description

Key Result Area

PLANNING

 

  • Support the team with market, competitor and audience research
  • Coordinate the region’s MAC Planning process, ensuring school MAC plans are complete and delivered each year and executed in a way that maintains our high performance culture.

DRIVING PERFORMANCE

  • Coordinate the execution  of marketing campaigns (both traditional and digital), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with branding.
  • Manage the coordination of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) in collaboration with the Group Digital Team to drive visibility and engagement.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​BUILDING REPUTATION

 

  • Manage user access to our platforms, including Canva, Aprimo, Sitecore and social channels. Provide training to new colleagues, to help them to navigate and update these platforms.
  • Ensure schools’ creative assets are up to date on our  asset management platforms.

Required Skills/Abilities

As our ideal candidate, here’s what we expect:

  • You’re likely to be degree educated and have at least 3 years’ demonstrable experience in marketing roles (agency or client side) – notably campaign and creative development
  • You’ll be digitally savvy, able to make a positive contribution to the school’s digital’s footprint of owned, earned and paid media through your prior experience of Google Ads and Meta accounts
  • You’ve got superb project management skills and know how to mobilise efforts to launch successful initiatives
  • You’ll be a natural communicator (including English fluency), adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes, both inside and outside our organisation, with a diverse range of nationalities and cultures
  • You’ll be able to prove you love data, with experience of capturing and analysing it, and using it to come up with actionable insights
  • You’ll have an outstanding aesthetic eye, able to evaluate collateral so that it drives behavioural change
