Regional Projects & Health & Safety Delivery Manager, Southeast Asia & India

About the Role

Location: Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh with travel across Southeast Asia

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact delivery manager to take ownership of capital projects and Health & Safety across Southeast Asia and India. This is a role for someone who wants to be close to the action solving problems on the ground, influencing decisions, and making things happen.

You will play a critical role in turning plans into reality—delivering safe, high-quality learning environments and strengthening a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across our schools.

What You’ll Do

Own Project Delivery End-to-End

• Take full ownership of capital project delivery—from early design through to completion and handover
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard
• Actively manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers—setting clear expectations and holding them accountable
• Anticipate risks early and take decisive, solution-focused action to keep delivery on track
• Enable schools to be fully prepared for project delivery and operational go-live
• Provide clear, insight-led reporting that drives confident decision-making

Embed a Strong Safety Culture

• Lead the practical implementation of Health & Safety standards across schools and project sites
• Move beyond compliance—embedding ownership, awareness, and accountability at every level
• Conduct site visits, audits, and reviews, turning observations into tangible improvements
• Support incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring actions are closed and learning is shared

Be a Trusted Partner to Schools

• Work side-by-side with school managers as a trusted, solutions-focused partner
• Provide clear, pragmatic guidance that enables schools to deliver with confidence
• Build strong relationships across diverse teams, cultures, and markets
• Manage external partners effectively, ensuring consistent performance and delivery standards

Drive Control, Clarity & Accountability

• Maintain clear oversight of budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple live projects
• Identify issues early, escalate where needed, and drive proactive resolution
• Support cost control, change management, and value optimisation
• Keep risk registers live, relevant, and actively managed

Raise the Bar Across the Region

• Contribute to improving standards, tools, and ways of working across projects and Health & Safety
• Share lessons learned to build capability and consistency across schools
• Bring a delivery-first mindset to regional planning and prioritisation

What You Bring

Essential

• Proven track record delivering capital projects in a hands-on, site-based role
• Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety in operational and/or construction environments
• Experience managing multiple projects across locations with competing priorities
• Confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and build trust across stakeholders
• A high level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action

Desirable

• Experience in education, international, or multi-site environments
• Project Management and/or Health & Safety qualifications
• Experience working across Southeast Asia and/or India
