The Regional Talent & Development Manager will support the design and delivery of talent management, leadership development, and learning initiatives across Nord Anglia Education schools in South East Asia and India.

This role will focus on maximising the potential of colleagues across the region, supporting leaders and teams to perform at their best while fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and continuous learning.

Working closely with regional leadership, school principals, HR teams, and the global people team, the role will help align talent and development initiatives with Nord Anglia Education’s mission to shape a generation of creative and resilient global citizens.

The role will also contribute to strengthening performance management, employee engagement, employee value proposition (EVP), and leadership pipelines, ensuring Nord Anglia continues to attract, develop, and retain exceptional educators and leaders

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Development Strategy

  • Support the implementation of regional talent and development strategies aligned with Nord Anglia Education’s global people strategy.
  • Identify talent gaps and future capability needs across schools and regional teams.
  • Contribute to building leadership pipelines and critical role succession plans across the region.
  • Support initiatives focused on talent maximization, helping colleagues develop their strengths and capabilities.

Leadership Development

  • Support the delivery of leadership development programmes for principals, senior leaders, and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with school leadership teams to strengthen leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching programmes, and learning initiatives across the region.
  • Help build sustainable leadership pipelines for key academic and operational roles.

Learning & Developmeant

  • Support the design and implementation of professional development frameworks for academic and operational staff.
  • Ensure learning programmes support both educational excellence and operational leadership capability.
  • Coordinate regional learning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous professional development across schools.

Talent & Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes across the region.
  • Assist in facilitating talent reviews and succession planning discussions with school leadership teams.
  • Work with HR leaders and principals to identify and develop high-potential talent.
  • Ensure development opportunities are accessible across diverse school communities.

Employee Engagement & Employee Value Proposition

  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organisational culture across schools.
  • Analyse engagement data and support leaders in developing action plans to enhance colleague experience.
  • Contribute to strengthening Nord Anglia’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in the region.
  • Help develop programmes that enhance colleague wellbeing, growth, and retention

Development

  • Support regional organisational development initiatives including change management and leadership transitions.
  • Contribute to talent and development activities related to school openings, acquisitions, and organisational growth.
  • Use data and insights to measure the effectiveness of talent and development programmes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Global Talent & Development team to align regional initiatives with global priorities.
  • Partner with regional HR leaders and school principals to implement talent practices locally.
  • Build collaborative relationships across schools to ensure consistency and impact of development initiatives.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisational development.
  • Experience working in a regional or multi-country environment preferred.
  • Understanding of performance management, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and organisational contexts.
