ADMISSION OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Admissions Process Management:

    • Manage and streamline the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for prospective families.
    • Respond to inquiries from parents and students via email, phone, or in-person.
    • Guide prospective families through the application, assessment, and enrollment process.
  2. Communication and Engagement:

    • Maintain proactive and clear communication with prospective parents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
    • Provide comprehensive school tours, showcasing facilities, programs, and the Oakridge learning environment.
  3. Database and Record Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments using the admissions database.
    • Generate reports on admissions metrics for analysis and decision-making.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align the admissions process with school goals and policies.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional events and campaigns to attract prospective families.
  5. Event Management:

    • Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and orientation programs for prospective and new students.
  6. Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure adherence to Oakridge International School’s admissions policies and local educational regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
