F&B Executive – Oakridge International School
Oakridge International School is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Executive to support food and beverage operations while ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily food and beverage operations in the school cafeteria.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors for smooth service delivery.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment of supplies.

Assist in menu planning and ensure adherence to nutritional guidelines.

Handle student and staff queries related to food services professionally.

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service points.

Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to F&B operations.

Follow school policies related to health, safety, and safeguarding.
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations (institutional or hospitality).

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
