Head of Operations – Oakridge International School
Role Summary
The Head of Operations is responsible for managing all non-academic operations of the school to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient learning environment. The role works closely with the Principal and Corporate teams to support academic excellence through strong operational execution.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily school operations including administration, transport, facilities, housekeeping, security, and vendors

Ensure smooth functioning in line with academic calendars and school policies

Lead and manage non-teaching staff; ensure staffing, duty rosters, and performance management

Manage infrastructure, maintenance, hygiene, safety, and asset readiness
-
Ensure classrooms, labs, and common areas are inspection-ready

Plan and manage operational budgets and cost optimization

Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, statutory regulations, and safety standards

Oversee audits, inspections, fire safety, transport safety, and emergency preparedness

Manage vendor contracts and service quality

Coordinate with the Principal, academic teams, parents, and corporate functions

Establish SOPs, track KPIs, and submit operational reports

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Post-graduate in Management or related field

8–12 years of experience in school operations or administration
