Job Description

Support the Nord Anglia Schools and India Office operations in accordance with Global Strategies. Implement and maintain a light version of ITIL for our India office and schools along with a feedback loop for continual improvement.  This role will own the process and coordinate with the global team and other regions.  Core functions include service desk management and escalation along with incident management, problem management, request fulfilment, access management, change management and knowledge management. The Operations Service Manager will drive operational improvement. Establish KPIs to create a baseline and track improvement. Establish effective working relationships with support teams and contacts throughout NAE.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Understands service desk operations and tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Managing servers (windows & Linux) - Patching, backup etc.,
  • Designing and maintaining LAN & WAN devices such as Routers, Switches, VLAN and IP address management
  • M365 administration
  • Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Experienced in the creation and deployment of policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Trained in computer software and hardware support, including servers and systems.
  • Vendor Liaison & management
  • SQL Server Maintenance
