The Talent & Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in strengthening our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), attracting top academic and non-academic talent to our schools, building strong talent pipelines, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. This role focuses on partnering with our schools to ensure they are staffed with highly capable, motivated individuals who embody our mission and values, while also implementing strategies to maximise talent potential and support performance excellence.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle – attraction, recruitment, development, and retention.
• Deep passion for education and talent development within academic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret HR metrics and derive insights.
• Creativity in designing and executing talent attraction campaigns.
• Knowledge of learning and development principles and performance management systems.
