As the DAM, you will:

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the school's mission and values.
• Oversee Admissions Process: Manage the end-to-end admissions journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families.
• Enhance Brand Presence: Elevate the school's profile through innovative marketing campaigns and effective communication channels.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with academic and administrative departments to align messaging and initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or communications, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
